Over 10 million people visit Barcelona every year (at least before Covid). That is a lot of people. There are many reasons why tourists all over the world choose our city: gastronomy, the Mediterranean Sea, Modernisme, the Barça football club,…However, most of our visitors return home without actually getting to know the city “for real”. What about you? Do you want to go back home without discovering the authentic Barcelona?
At Bromptolona we’ve set our priorities straight. We won’t suggest taking a route through the Barcelona city center. Neither around the Camp Nou stadium or Sagrada Familia for that matter. What we do propose is letting yourself be led and try a unique and exclusive experience. We will ride on the world’s best folding bike, a Brompton, we’ll explore neighborhoods not featured on tourist guides, we’ll share stories and trivia about our city and we’ll happily answer all the questions you have. We will end our route by nibbling on something or sitting down for a proper meal, as you prefer. The one thing we implore you to do is avoid ordering sangria and let us choose a great wine for you 🙂

Duration
We provide private tours from two hours upwards. The experience will last for as long as you wish, but we recommend a tour duration of at least 4 or 5 hours.

Our tours are low-difficulty and are meant to be enjoyed at a slow pace, however we can adapt to your abilities and pace.

What will we see?
We plan our routes according to your tastes and interests. Mind you, we can assure you we will visit authentic places that are not even featured on Lonely Planet.
What will we eat?
We like to grab a bite at the end of our routes, always visiting authentic and traditional restaurants where local gastronomy is served. If you have any preferences, we’d be happy to advise you 🙂

The tour starts and ends wherever you wish (close to your accommodation for example).
